What is Happy VIP?

Happy VIP is Happy V®’s free loyalty program. Members will automatically earn points for creating an account (no purchase necessary), and they can earn additional points on every purchase and in a number of other ways, detailed on the Happy VIP Rewar

I already have a Happy V® account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

If you already have a Happy V® account, you do not have to create a new account to start earning points. You will retroactively be opted into the program and your amount spent from October 15, 2021 and onwards will be counted towards your tier.

Where can I find all of my Happy VIP rewards account info?

You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page. Our rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Yes, you will receive points for purchases from October 15, 2021 and onwards.

How do I redeem my rewards for a one-time purchase?

For one-time purchases, simply select your points via the dropdown on the checkout page to apply your discount.

How do I redeem my rewards for a new subscription purchase?

For new subscription purchases, click Redeem and simply copy & paste the code at checkout.

How do I redeem my rewards for an active subscription?

For active subscriptions, click Redeem and copy the code that will appear. Visit “My Subscriptions” on your account page, select an active subscription,  click “Add discount” and paste the code and select “Apply discount.”

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Happy VIP points are non-transferable.

Do my points ever expire?

Points expire after 1 year of inactivity.

Can I use my loyalty points toward Happy V accessories?

Of course. You can use loyalty points to purchase anything on the Happy V site, including accessories like our tote bag or hat. Log into your account, then click “Happy V Rewards.”. If you are eligible for free Happy V accessories, you’ll see it list

How can I add my points to my next subscription order?

Add loyalty points to your next subscription order by going to:. My Account > My Rewards. Click “Redeem,” and you’ll see a discount code appear on screen. Copy this code. Then go to My Account > My Subscriptions. Find your upcoming order and click “A
