Except for products that are a subscription order, gift cards, any order that contains five or more products or final sale items - we accept returns on full-priced, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
While we do offer refunds for full-priced, unopened items, please take the following into consideration:
- Happy V® products are supplements and therefore, it is important that you take all the necessary steps towards improving your overall health. You should also be reassessing your diet and your daily lifestyle habits. For tips on how to do so click here.
- We reserve the right to ask questions regarding any side effects, adverse reactions or any other reasons why you may be returning your eligible purchase.
Processing returns happen within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment at our warehouse. Please provide customer service with your tracking number. However, depending on your bank, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

*Please note: You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment if you request for your return within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are valid for full-priced and unopened items only. Shipping charges for sending back the product are not refunded. We will not be able to honor any refunds once you've passed the 30-day refund window from the day you placed your order. Any order that was made with a discount is a final sale, including subscriptions. Subscription orders are final sales. If you would like to skip, pause or cancel your subscription, you must do-so in your Happy V account. You must also submit for the skipped, paused or cancelled subscription or order at least 72-hours before your next subscription order is set to renew. Otherwise, your account will be charged for that month's shipment which is non-refundable. Due to the high-volume of customer service emails, a skipped, paused or canceled subscription will not be honored if you email us. You MUST skip, pause or cancel via your Happy V® account, under "Manage Your Subscription."
Refused packages will not be accepted as a valid return, and they will not qualify for a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, customers must follow our return policy by contacting our Customer Service team for authorization and shipping items back using the provided instructions.
