What do I do if my shipment is lost?Updated 6 months ago

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided - Happy V® reserves the right to not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, and discarded shipments are out of our control after they've been shipped out from our facility and we do not insure our shipments. 

If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  or with your local police department.
