Why can't I cancel my subscription?Updated 25 days ago

If you’re having trouble changing your subscription on your account, it’s likely because you are within the first 2 months (orders) of your subscription, which we call our “lock-in” period. During the lock-in period, you are unable to make changes to or cancel your subscription. The reason why is actually based on science and research. We’ve found that it takes the average user around 2 months of consistent, daily supplement use to really see the result they were hoping for.
